Hello, I've recently got my Windows 8 Tablet rebooted and I need to set up my outlook e-mail on the mail app. I was wondering what the server address and domain is since typing in my e-mail address and password does not work alone.
When I click the email link on pirate net I get this
"Outlook Web App is currently disabled for user __________@student.shu.edu."
I am a returning student and I don't know what to do to access the account
i am a prof and i am not receiving e-mails from my students. Is there something they should be doing. I receive e-mail from other faculty with no problem

I am having trouble setting up Microsoft Outlook for my SHU email account. At first when I create a new account, everything seems to be going fine. Later when I open Microsoft Outlook, I can't send or recieve emails or look in my inbox. An error appears with the code: (0x800CCC78) and says to "Verify the email address in your account properties". I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
I am a student and have been trying to send an email to an employee or faculty. When I try I get back a delivery failure alert.

I am having problems configuring Outlook Express for my Alumni email account. I use Outlook Express for my Comcast, Yahoo, Gmail and other email accounts with no problems. I know how to configure POP3 and IMAP in Outlook Expresss. The SHU Alumni Website for the email solution does not seem to provide enough details to configure Outlook Express correctly. Whein I click the "Sign In Now" ICON from http://www.shu.edu/alumni/alumni-email.cfm, nothing happens. I see javascript:; in the corner of my browser, but nothing else.
