There is a channel in PirateNet that I need to use and when PirateNet loads, it gives an error.

Message: encountered problem while trying to complete rendering
Error Type: General error (code 0)
Error Message: General channel rendering failure.
Refreshing the channel fails and using different browsers does not help.
There are currently intermittent issues accessing Pirate Net and Banner at this time. The Department of Information Technology is currently working to resolve the issue.
