Recently student users have reported that despite having no holds, no unpaid fees, and are in good standing that when attempting to register for classes they have been receiving the following error alert:

"Administrative staff are reviewing your registration records at this time. Please try again later."

The alert is actually a technical issue with the Banner mainframe system that is being worked on by our support staff. In the meantime if the customer were to call the Technology Service Desk at 973-275-2222 (option #2) and have ready their SHU ID number (aka campus wide ID #) we should be able to run a routine to fix the issue.
